Particularly to the FYM, the above game gave no real satisfaction. Life without obstacles to conquer was damn bore. Their discontentment ensued yet another showtime at Pantai Menteri in Brunei, marking the first tour away from home.
January this time was a very wet month - rain..rain and heavy rain pouring down here and there in Miri so as neighbouring areas. Ground was soggy and at time became unplayable here at KGM. FOM declined invitation to pantai Menteri by the adolescents due to foreseen reasons. FOM's views most of the time being ignored. Days after, the tour turned out to be a ‘sad’ news, FYM were playing on a muddy course - Like buffaloes ploughing the paddy field. Great challenge and test of endurance!!!!
